The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 30 / 30(a) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He was arrested on suspicion. He further submits that the similarly circumstanced other co-accused Subham Kumar was granted bail vide order dated 02.05.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 25528 of 2018, Satyam Shivam Sundaram was granted bail vide order dated 11.05.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 28078 of 2018, Ranjeet Kumar Bharti was granted bail vide order dated 31.05.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 28108 of 2018 and Raja Kumar was granted bail vide order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34050 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 04.06.2018 in Cr.MISC No. 32865 of 2018.

Considering the fact that the similarly circumstanced other co-accused had been granted bail, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Special Court, Excise Bhagalpur, in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018.
