The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the Zila Parishad is constructing building over the land without proper measurement.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is apprehending construction over his land and there is no proper measurement done by the Zila Parishad. Considering the kind of prayer made in the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.7857 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 writ application, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Zila Parishad to arrange measurement of the land in presence of the petitioner within a period of one month from today and thereafter, the Zila Parishad may carry construction over the land excluding the land of this petitioner.
With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
