JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 08.01.2020, seeks bail in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, dated 07.01.2020, instituted for the offence under Sections 379/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The petitioner is suspected to have stolen a Motor Generator Set, which equipment was recovered from a field.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14232 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Buxar in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020.
