The petitioners seek bail in Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 486 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (C) (D) of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, informant got a secret information that some miscreants including the petitioners were doing fraud by hacking data of the customers by using fake SIM cards and accounts, then a raid was conducted in which petitioners were apprehended and on search order sheets containing names, addresses and mobile numbers of the customers were covered from the possession of the petitioners.

It is further submitted that co-accused persons have already been granted bail. Petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 15.01.2022. Investigation is complete. Learned APP vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and co-accused have already been granted bail, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.
