2. In terms of the order dated 24.01.2018, respondent no. 6 is present in Court. Further, the Deputy Director, Primary Education is also present. Both of them have filed their affidavit.

3. The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of typographical error in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 in paragraph no. 7 where the date of Letter No. 23 is sought to be corrected.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that due to an inadvertent typographical error, the date of Letter No. 23 has been typed as 06.04.2017, though it is dated 06.01.2018.

5. Prayer is allowed.

6. Let necessary correction be made by learned counsel for the State during the course of the day.

7. Interlocutory Application No. 1201 of 2018 stands disposed off.

8. In view of the apology tendered by the officers present today, the Court is inclined to accept the same and accordingly, the said issue stands consigned.

9. Though belatedly, but as of now, it appears that the entire payment of G.P.F. to the tune of about Rs. 14 lakhs has been credited into the account of the petitioner. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
