Counsels are in agreement that the representation of the petitioner in respect of the process of selection of Aaganbari Sevika for Centre No. 95, Ward No. 5, Navinagar Block, District- Aurangabad, is pending before the Child Development Project Officer, Navinagar (Respondent No. 3). Since the issue is yet to be determined by the said authority, the parties are in agreement that the matter may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to take a final decision in accordance with law on the pending application.

Application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to take a final decision on the petitioner's representation (Annexure 5/A) dated 14.10.2019 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in accordance with law and after hearing the parties concerned.

Application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
