Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for directions to the respondent concerned to investigate Ara Rail P.S. U.D. Case No. 79 of 2022, dated 15.09.2022, about the unnatural death of the petitioner's son.
After some arguments this writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner that if the father of the petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.578 of 2023(2) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 aggrieved and not satisfied with lodging of Ara Rail P.S. U.D. Case No. 79 of 2022, then, he is free to pursue for filing of the first information report under Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, and if not, then, under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973.
