The petitioner seeks regular bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.337 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 3123, 354, 504 and 506 of I.P.C.
Allegation as per the F.I.R against the petitioner is of trying to molest the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is an employee of the husband of the informant. Charge sheet has not been submitted against the petitioner.
Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail stating that in broad day light the petitioner was trying to molest the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39230 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 In view of the aforesaid submission, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. As such, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
