The petitioners are in custody since 25.02.2018 in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016 for the offence registered under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether far-fetched allegation has been levelled against the petitioners stating that the petitioners are responsible for disappearance of son of the informant. The FIR of the present case has been lodged three months after the date of occurrence for which, no plausible explanation has been offered by the informant. It is further submitted that no specific allegation has been levelled against these petitioners rather only on suspicion, the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33633 of 2018 (3) dt.11-07-2018 have been implicated in connection with the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 199 of 2016.
