On 18.01.2017, the Court has directed for filing of supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner with regard to the Income Tax Return for the last 10 years by his father. The same has not been done.

The scheme itself stipulated that it shall be given to candidates whose family/guardian has an annual income not exceeding Rs. 44,500/-. In view of the aforesaid, the Court can only presume that the petitioner may not be entitled to such scholarship in view of the income by his father, who is a practicing advocate of this
