JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S.Case No. 520 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian penal Code and 30(a)/38/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation as per FIR is of recovery of 325.800 litres of liquor from the hut of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that hut does not belong to the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of wine from the hut of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be
