The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 323, 324, 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, over a minor dispute relating to an accident in which the calf belonging to the informant was injured by a tractor, it is stated that the accused persons including the petitioner herein came variously armed and the petitioner is stated to have assaulted with a sword causing injury to the informant's wife.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations as levelled in the F.I.R. are false and concocted. There is case and counter case between the parties,

Further referring to the injury report of the wife of the informant, it is submitted that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 2.2.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.
It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the wife of the petitioner is seriously ill suffering from Hepatitis-B. There is no other family member to look after her except minor children.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner together with the investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case no.450 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
