The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 394, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation as one of the conspirator in killing her own husband, I am not inclined to grant her pre-arrest bail merely because she is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35740 of 2018 (3) dt.29-06-2018 informant of the case. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
