The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No.07 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was not found on the spot and the father of the petitioner was arrested and the petitioner was staying at Surat, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
