JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No. 175 of 2018 registered under Sections 120B, 409,419,420,467,468 and 471 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining appointment as Shiksha Mitra on the basis of forged certificate and mark sheet of the Bihar School Examination Board. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a lady and has been terminated from service and allegation shows only that she had submitted forged documents, but no inquiry has been made in this regard.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17214 of 2019(2) dt.02-04-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on surrender, she will be released on provisional bail, till submission of charge sheet, upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 4th, Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 with condition that she will co-operate in investigation and produce all the papers before the police and if, during investigation, police found allegation true, she will have to surrender and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered on the basis of material available on record at that time.
