Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 406/2021, registered for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is not the owner of the vehicle from which recovery was made. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16495 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned special Judge, Excise Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan P.S.
