2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 449 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Unknown criminals had looted a number of trucks. When the police went there, they got information that the criminals were sleeping in the hut of one Vikash Yadav and on seeing the police party, the criminals started running away. The petitioner was caught along with a country made rifle and Rs. 20,000/-. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024.
