The petitioner apprehends his arrest in A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that on 25.02.2015 after taking money from Ehasm Sah he came out from the shop of Ehasm Sah and all of sudden the petitioner and others confined him and snatched his money.

It is submitted that on 26.02.2015 the informant made attempt to outrage the modesty of the wife of the petitioner for that Md. Mustafa lodged complaint case on 27.02.2015. The informant alleged that the occurrence took place on 25.02.2015 but he made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30845 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 his fardbeyan on 5.03.2015 after more than ten days of the occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 12/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
