Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 14 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) (f) of the Excise Act.

Allegedly, acting on a tip off, the house of the petitioner was raided and from his house 128 kg swollen Mahua and 8 liter country made liquor were recovered. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding it not a fit case for pre-arrest bail, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail and in that event, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered on
