Petitioners were granted pre-arrest bail vide order dated 16.02.2016 with the condition that the amount deposited by the persons described in the complaint petition along with interest @ 2.5 % should be deposited at the time of furnishing bail bond.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that they could not arrange money within the said period, therefore, they could not surrender before the court below. It is further contended that now money has been arranged and the petitioners would deposit the same at the time of surrender if the time period is extended.

Accordingly, let the time granted for furnishing bail bond be extended for a further period of four weeks, however, the petitioners would be required to comply the condition that has been laid down in the order dated 16.02.2016, failing which, their bail bonds would not be accepted.
