Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Shyampurbhatha P.S. Case No.18 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that some unknown miscreants committed dacoity on the highway and looted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was neither put on TIP nor any incriminating material recovered from his possession, one Anand Mohan @ Rajesh Kumar @ Rajnish Kumar @ Ranjesh Kumar disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement and Anand Mohan @ Rajesh Kumar @ Rajnish Kumar @ Ranjesh Kumar was put on TIP but not identified by the informant and he was admitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34323 of 2018(2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34032 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Navneet Singh @ Navneet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sheohar in connection with Shyampurbhatha P.S. Case No.18 of 2018.
