JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Virtual Court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation made in the FIR, when the informant entered into the house found that his brother and Bhabhi were lying dead and some miscreants have committed robbery and took away the materials.

From the records, it appears that a raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and from where some ornaments and incriminating materials including ATM card of the victim were recovered. The petitioner has also criminal history.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14004 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected for the present.
