Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 498A, 354, 307, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code It has been submitted that in this case husband and wife have compromised the case and both are living together which is apparent from annexure-2, whereas the petitioner is apprehending his arrest being the friend of the husband of the informant.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he and the husband of the informant tried their best to develop illicit relationship with the informant and both assaulted her on refusal.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30141 of 2014 (2) dt.19-01-2015 As the informant and her husband are living together and both have compromised the case vide annexure-2, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 99 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
