Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supaul PS Case No.446 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner along with his other family members kidnapped the girl of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl of the informant was major, the Medical Board assessed her age between 19 to 20 years and it was a case of elopement and both had married but due to inter religion marriage not accepted by the girl's father and this case was lodged.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36260 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, petitioner Pappu Kumar Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Supaul in connection with Supaul PS Case No.446 of 2017.
