====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. It is contended that, as per allegation, 27 liters of Nepali liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is urged that the petitioners are in custody since 5.07.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J.-VII-cum-Special Judge, Motihari in connection with
