JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 504, 341, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of catching hold of the hand of complainant, attempting to ravish her and snatching `280/- It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the co-villager and for the petty dispute, the accusation has been levelled and even assuming the accusation, no offence under Section 354 IPC is made out against the petitioner. Moreover, the complainant in her S.A. has not levelled accusation of outraging her modesty. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.25336 of 2015 (2) dt.20-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1316 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
