The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty local village politics. Further he submits that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner has been dragged in the instant case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26846 of 2021(8) dt.05-05-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
