Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily married with co-accused Mahesh Rajak. She is specific that no one had kidnapped her. Considering the statement of the victim girl, wherein the name of the petitioner does not figure, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36493 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Fulkaha Police Station Case No.28 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
