The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47a of the Excise Act.

From the shop of the petitioner 8 litres of country made liquor were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a widow lady and has been maliciously roped in the present case.

Considering the nature of recovery and the petitioner being lady, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18827 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Excise Case No.10/2016, pending before the learned CJM, Samastipur. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
