Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused persons including these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi, as a result of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16239 of 2020(2) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 which the informant got severely injured.

It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to law standing land dispute between the parties. There is Case and counter case between the parties and both side sustained injuries. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioner no. 1 and 2 are ladies.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athamalgola P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
