Case No. 159 of 2017. They are in custody since 12.07.2017. They are alleged to have committed offence under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Even though certain huge quantity of liquor has been seized from the applicants but considering the fact that they are students and it is the first offence committed by them and they have been in custody since 12.07.2017 and conclusion of the trial may take some time, this application is allowed. The petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
