Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 380, 420, 467 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute with regard to road. The alleged occurrence is of 4.10.2017 and the present case has been filed on 10.10.2017 without any explanation. The injury sustained is not grievous in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33392 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 456 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
