2. The petitioner by way of the instant writ application is assailing the selection of private Respondent No.9 as Aanganwadi Sevika for Centre No. 156 in Ward No. 3 of Village- Laxmipur, Block- Kursakanta, Araia.

3. The court would observe that the petitioner has

Patna High Court CWJC No.4356 of 2023(2) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 adequate remedy under the Guidelines for Selection of Aanganwadi Sevika/Sahayika, 2019 (hereinafter referred as "2019 Guidelines") issued by the ICDS Directorate wherein the issues raised in the instant writ petition can effectively be considered. Without availing the three tier remedy before the Child Development Project Officer, District Programme Officer and thereafter before the Divisional Commissioner, the petitioner has directly rushed to this court.

4. Writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy under the 2019 Guidelines in accordance with law.
