Keeping in view the aforesaid, we have gone through the records and propose to decide the matter after due consideration. In the matter of appointment and removal of the appellant, as a Panchayat teacher, initially as a Siksha Mitra, the writ petition

Patna High Court LPA No.829 of 2016 dt.04-04-2017 2/2 was dismissed mainly on the ground that after change of the rule pertaining to appointment of Siksha Mitra, no relief can be granted to the appellant.

Taking note of the aforesaid, we find no case for indulgence into the matter.

The appeal stands dismissed.
