JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitamarhi in Misc. Case No. 52/2014, whereby the Family Court has directed the petitioner to pay to O.P. No. 2 an ad interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month by 10th day of each succeeding month. No revision is maintainable against the order granting ad interim maintenance.
The reasons assigned by the petitioner for assailing the order of the Family Court that there has not been a valid marriage between him and the O.P. No. 2, cannot be looked into in the present proceeding.
This Court can only direct the Family Court to pass a final order expeditiously in accordance with law after hearing both the parties.
With the aforesaid direction, the present petition is dismissed.
