JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 27-04-2017 Apart from the fact that there is an inordinate unexplained delay of more than 810 days in filing of this appeal, the fact remains that the petitioner does not fulfill the requisite minimum qualification required for appointment to the post in question. The petitioner merely because she has acquired the qualification much prior to the date of notification for appointment cannot claim appointment based on the certificate issued in the year 2008 when on the date the recruitment to the post in question is being held, the qualification acquired by the petitioner is not recognized.

Patna High Court LPA No.534 of 2016 dt.27-04-2017 2/2 That being so, we find no ground to interfere. The appeal is dismissed.
