In the present case, the petitioners are seeking bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 327 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, a hot discussion took place in between the family of the informant and the family of Bhutesar Chaudhary on account of washing of fish, due to which, on the next day, when the father of the informant was taking out his she-buffalo from the cowshed, all the accused persons including

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14106 of 2020(7) dt.12-11-2020 2/2 the petitioners assaulted the father of the informant by means of lathi, danda etc., as a result of which, he died. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the dispute occurred on account of washing of fish. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is urged that the petitioners are in judicial custody since 04.11.2019. It is claimed that their antecedents are clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Noorsarai P.S.
