They are in custody since 02.07.2017.
It is alleged that in total 52 litres of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioners were travelling.
Keeping in view that the trial of the case will take some time, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional
