Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhadur P.S. Case No.32 of 2018, giving rise to Special Case No.41 of 2018 registered under Sections 8/20 (b) (ii) (A)/25/22 of the NDPS Act.

Allegation in brief is that in total 70 gms. of Ganja in 27 purias was recovered from possession of the petitioner and alleged to have been indulged in selling the Ganja. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery is of small quantity, only 70 gms., and that was not for sale and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
