JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302/354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he tore the blouse of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the persons against whom, there is specific allegation of assault, have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 75946 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14177 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of one month in dedicated Covid Hospital. He is required to report to the District Nodal Officer in the concerned region, who shall utilize his service in this pandemic. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) uday/- U T
