JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 186 of 2014 registered under sections 341, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of Damage of Public Property Protection Act.

The allegation is that three young persons stopped the ambulance on the road manhandled the driver and also damaged the wind screen of the vehicle.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, merely on suspicion and the statement of some inimical persons he has been later on implicated in this case. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of
