2. The present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the minutes of the meeting dated 15.02.2024 whereby the 'Pramukh' of Panchayat Samiti, Piro Block has been

3. At the very outset, Mr. Ravi Ranjan, learned counsel for State Election Commission submits that after filing the writ petition, a number of development took place and now pursuant to the election, a new incumbent has taken the post.

4. This Court, in the aforesaid backdrop, deems it fit and proper to dispose it of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a petition if so he desires.
