Petitioners are in custody in connection with Barachatii (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(gh) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 750 kg. Mahua Flower was seized from a Tempo and it is alleged that seeing police both of them tried to flee away but apprehended.

The petitioners are in custody since 24.1.2020.
