Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons alleged to have abducted the daughter of the informant (Suruchi Kumari).
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr. P. C has stated that she is 19 years old and she herself left her home and got married with Aniket in Mumbai and no one kidnapped her.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition

Considering the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. case no 13 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
