JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail. Considering that similarly situated co-accused Binod Singh has been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24947 of 2014 and further Anil Kumar and Raj Kumar have been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 29318 of 2014 by order dated 15.12.2014 and against the petitioner also there is no allegation for committing any specific over act and as

No.30905 of 2014 (2) dt.27-01-2015 such, the petitioner namely, Panu Yadav, in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No. 7 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
