The petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2017 in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 401 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. Leaned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on suspicion the petitioner has been taken into custody and the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession rather the petitioner was made to sign on certain plain papers and thereafter, the seizure list has been prepared. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Case No. 241 of 2017.
