Vide order dated 03.09.2015, petitioner nos. 1,3,4 and 5( Prabhu Yadav, Lalan Yadav, Rajendra Yadav @ Rajandeo Yadav and Kapil Yadav have been granted bail and the bail of rest of the petitioners i.e. petitioner nos. 2,6,7, and 8 (Fulen Yadav, Arun Yadav, Pawan Yadav and Abhi Kumar) was rejected. There was specific allegation against petitioner no.8 of causing injury upon the victim but due to mistake same could not be indicated in order dated 03.09.2015 in respect to petitioner no.8. Considering the aforesaid facts the order dated 03.09.2015 is modified to the extent that the bail of petitioner no.8 ( Abhi Kumar) also stands rejected as there is specific allegation against him.
