JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 37 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 10 litres of Nepali liquor. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than two months and investigation in the instant case is now completed.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
