"(i) to issue a Writ or Writs in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 20th day of August, 2014 passed by Hon'ble Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, in B.L.T. Case No.583 of 2013 which is contained in
Patna High Court CWJC No.12927 of 2015(4) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 Annexure-4 to this writ application by which the Hon'ble Chairman was pleased to allow the case of respondents 2nd party and set aside the order dated 16.05.2013 passed by the learned D.C.L.R., Saharsa in Land Dispute Case No.203 of 2012 and the order dated 12.07.2013 passed by the learned Commissioner, Koshi Range, Saharsa in Land Dispute Appeal No.276 of 2013. (ii) to pass such other Order or Orders to which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice."
3. For want of prosecution, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
