The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.328 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is 18 years old boy. The police has exonerated him in the investigation of the case but the learned learned Magistrate has differed with the final form and has taken cognizance against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.328 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
